The birth of Ms Narducci's daughter in 1994 shifted her focus slightly from the gruesome and she began spinning spooky yarns to amuse the children among her daughter's circle of friends. She illustrated a book using a handful of early sketches she had once put aside. From that book stemmed a coloring book on yoga poses for children. A third book, in progress tells the story of a little Brooklyn bat who befriends a girl.
